DCIT is a specialist in providing comprehensive consulting and auditing services in the field of information technology, PROVYS software development and the AuditSquare security system. It has been on the market since 1993.
We translated the software from English to French for DCIT with a very short delivery deadline. We first ensured the extraction of terminology and then translated it. The glossary thus created, together with the translation using specialised software with a shared translation memory, helped to increase the consistency of the translation, even though several contractors were working on the project at the same time. More than 236,000 words were translated in just 3 months. 5 translators, 2 internal proofreaders and 2 localisation engineers worked on the contract under the supervision of the project manager.
DCIT appreciated the communication with the project team, which was clear and understandable. The project was delivered on time, on budget and to a high level of quality.
